VenueFlow

The only booking app a live-event venue needs.

Your calendar, your artists, what you owe them, and the shows list on your own website — one thing, on your phone. Instead of a spreadsheet, a group chat, and whoever remembers.

  • Runs on your phone
  • Nothing for the band to install
  • Your shows on your own site

New venues are invite-only while we’re in beta — we’re onboarding one at a time.

One line of HTML

Your shows, on your own website, updating themselves.

Paste this into your site once. Your upcoming shows appear there and stay current on their own — in your site’s colours and type, with nothing to configure and nothing to match by hand. The listing renders as part of your own page, so your gig listings stay your content rather than ours.

Request a date

An illustration — the address and the acts are made up. The listing takes its type and colours from whatever page it lands on.

The whole booking desk, in one place.

Your shows, on your own website

One line of HTML puts your upcoming shows on your site, and a request-to-play form beside them if you want one. It takes on your site’s colours and type by itself — nothing to configure, nothing to match by hand.

Offers that actually get answered

Write the date, the times and the money once, and send an act one link. They accept, and the show goes live on your calendar and your website. They decline, and you get the reason instead of silence.

Two acts never land on the same stage

Every way a show can be booked goes through the same check, so a date held for one band cannot quietly be given to another. When the times are too vague to be sure, it asks you rather than guessing, and remembers your answer.

Bring what you already have

Point it at the document you keep your bookings in, or your Google Calendar, and it reads them out — one-off shows and standing nights alike. You see every show before anything goes public, and one button undoes the whole import if you accidentally post your grandma’s birthday as a gig.

Built beside a working venue, not in front of one.

Every part of this exists because a night nearly went wrong without it — a date double-promised, an offer nobody answered, a listing still showing last month. It is built against a real room, on real Fridays, which is why it opens up one venue at a time rather than all at once.

VenueFlow is in beta, and free while it is.
